Dreams

Dreams:
1. a succession of images, thoughts, or emotions passing through the mind during sleep.
2. the sleeping state in which this occurs.
3. an object seen in a dream.
4. an involuntary vision occurring to a person when awake.
5. a vision voluntarily indulged in while awake; daydream; reverie.
6. an aspiration; goal; aim:
7. a wild or vain fancy.

Perhaps a vision while asleep, or a daydream materializing in the subconscious of an awakened state...
Or maybe a wild or vain fancy... A Dream
How do we choose which to follow, how do we know which are real and which are given as a vision, only to keep as a dream?
Sometimes they just happen, without a plan and without reason...
Doors open, we walk through and into a Dream come true.

Nancyfangles the Studio/Shoppe was like that , unplanned, unknown but a dream none the less.
It has been 6 months now since I first opened the doors to invite others in and share the dream...
Time has flown swiftly by, and as each day has passed a new piece of the puzzle has woven together to create the vision deep inside seen only by the awakened eyes of my soul.
Not knowing in advance which steps to take, which moves to make, but following some kind of mystical plan, revealed a step at a time, pieces falling into place, out of mid air and right where they belong.
So many pieces, marrying together to form a dream come true...

What will be the next step of the journey? Will it continue to unfold? or will the journey end with no explanation of why, or how?

Closing my eyes I see no direction, opening my eyes I watch for a sign, and inside I wait for divine guidance.

Wait and Create...
Yesterday I created a moon man out of copper wire, glass beads and trinkets... It was in my mind and on my heart.
It felt good to create, if only for the sake of creating. Does there need to be more to it?
I am blessed in this season of my life to see a vision, and have the gift to transform it into a reality...
Something as simple as a meal from a batch of groceries, or as complex as a storefront from a vision and a dream...
It is a gift I revel in, knowing that it is my hands that are being used to create a vision, conveyed through me from "The Creator" of all things.

“I am going to make everything around me beautiful - that will be my life.”
I feel this quote so deep inside my being, knowing that one piece at a time I can help in some small way to add to the beauty so desperately needed in the world today. That through me, "The Great Creator" can transform  a  forgotten treasure and twist a tube of latex, into a Smile on someones face...

There are other dreams I hold on to, and sometimes let them out to share.
To be published in a favorite magazine, or to travel around in a teardrop trailer, spreading smiles along the way.
To see my children make their way through this maze that we call life, and find their way to happiness.
To spend my aged years, wrapped contently in my husbands arms.

Who knows which dreams will manifest, or what new dreams will materialize as the years continue to wane their way along... But for now, I will continue to "Wait and Create" and leave my heart and soul, Open to the Possibilities.
